No-Logs Policy

1. General Provisions

ZenXNet keeps no logs of your network activity: we do not store or share any record of the websites and services you visit.

2. No Logging Policy

We do not monitor your activity and do not use third-party trackers or advertising identifiers.

3. Limited Technical Data

To operate the service we process a minimal set of technical data: the IP address of the current connection and a device identifier — in the moment, to enforce the per-key device limit and prevent abuse; and the aggregated traffic volume per key ID — to enforce plan limits.

This data is not linked to a history of your activity, is never used for profiling or advertising, and is anonymized and deleted within 30 days.

4. Server Infrastructure

• Access logs containing destination addresses are disabled at the server configuration level.
• System logs are stored in volatile memory and wiped every 24 hours.
• System backups do not contain any logs or user metadata.

5. Relationship with the Privacy Policy

This policy describes the data we do not collect. The full list of processed data, the purposes of processing, and retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy; in the event of any discrepancy between the documents, the Privacy Policy prevails.
